The organic cotton in our underwear is grown and harvested without synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, and other harmful artificial agents. Next, the post-farming production process does not utilize harsh chemicals commonly found in conventional cotton farming/production methods.
Our Ball-Natural boxers are made with 100% GOTS certified organic cotton, and have an elastic waistband that is fully enclosed within the fabric. The Active Line combines GOTS certified organic cotton with only 5% elastane (BPA/PVC-free) , and remains entirely GOTS certified. We use OEKO-TEX® certified, non-toxic, water-based fiber reactive dyes. Our Ball-Natural styles are undyed.
Our underwear is manufactured in Turkey.
Yes, cotton may shrink slightly when washed. If unsure on size selection, consider sizing up, especially if you have an athletic build.
We can't accept opened garments for return/exchange due to hygiene reasons. However, one exchange per customer is allowed for unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Shipping & handling costs are non-refundable.
