Do I need to have an account with NADS?
Yes. Once you sign up, you’ll be prompted to create an account (if you don’t already have one). This is how you will access your store credit, referral links, and management of your membership.
How does the quarterly free pair work?
Find your discount code, viewable on the account portal or Membership page. Add one pair of Organic Cotton Boxer Briefs to your cart. At Checkout, enter your Membership email address (if not already logged in) and apply the discount code. This discount code will only work with your Membership email address and is redeemable with your order of $100+. You can only redeem once per quarter — and the benefit will reset on Jan. 1st, Apr. 1st, Jul. 1st and Oct. 1st of each year.
How do the store credits work?
Your store credits will be accessible and applicable to your purchases once logged in to your account portal. Just navigate the site the same way you normally would once logged in! Points are redeemable for 180 days
Is the membership fee a recurring charge?
Yes. Members pay $48 every year for access to the membership program. The membership will auto-renew until you decide to cancel. You can cancel your membership’s auto-renewal at any time through your account portal or by contacting our customer support team support@nadsunder.com. There are no termination fees or hidden costs associated with cancellation, though all purchases of the membership are final. If canceled, your membership will still remain active through the current billing period.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership from your member portal at any time. NADS does not provide refunds or credits, including for partially used billing periods.
How do I become a member?
Add the membership to your cart and go through the checkout process like any other purchase. After checkout, you’ll receive an onboarding email that explains how to access member benefits.
Is there anywhere my membership benefits are not valid?
The member discounts and free shipping benefits can only be accessed on our website. The discounts and free shipping benefits can not be accessed on Facebook Shop, Instagram Shop, or any external purchasing platform.
