Returns/Refunds: While we've certainly done everything we can to make sure that our underwear achieves a universal fit, we understand that with underwear, preferences always vary from person to person. However, due to the nature of our business, for safety & hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any opened garments for return/exchange. Thus, any garments that have been removed from their original sealed packaging are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges: In the event that your underwear doesn't fit correctly after trying it on, we will allow one exchange per customer without charge. We just ask that if possible, you donate the pair that doesn't fit to someone in need!
Returns and exchanges must be unopened in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. (Shipping & handling costs are non-refundable)
