We want you to love your gear. That's why we offer a free first-time exchange with our Fit Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are returning underwear that you've tried on and it's your first order from us, you are eligible for our Fit Satisfaction Guarantee.
Fit Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you’re not satisfied with the fit of your NADS, we offer a 30-day refund guarantee. Here’s how it works:
Only open and try on one pair if you’ve ordered multiple.
Example: If you order an 8-pack, open and try on just one pair. If the fit isn’t right, Return all 8 pairs for a full refund. Make sure the opened pair is easily recognized as the open one. (Processing and handling fees may apply)
*We do NOT provide refunds for single pair orders that have been worn or washed.
Note: All shipping costs, duties/import taxes and any other associated fees such as exchange and transaction fees are non-refundable. We are unable to provide return labels for shipments outside of the US.
Unopened Garments Only:
We can only re-use pairs that are unopened. Even if the garment was not tried on but removed from the package, it cannot be reused. Please ensure when ordering multiple pairs to try on just one to check the fit. And when returning pairs, please make sure the opened garments are easily recognized.
Donation Encouragement:
If a pair doesn’t fit and you do not want to return it, we encourage you to donate it to someone in need.
