Already sized up for you. Measure around the fullest part of your chest and order the size on that row. The first-wash shrink is built into the chart, so there's no need to round up yourself. Between sizes? Go one size up.

Length is measured from the high point of the shoulder to the hem, before the first wash. Expect about 5% shrinkage after washing. The cut is straight: chest, waist and hem measure the same, so it sits close to the body without tapering.
