What materials do you use in your underwear?

Our Ball-Natural boxers are made with 100% GOTS certified organic cotton, and have an elastic waistband that is fully enclosed within the fabric. The Active Line combines GOTS certified organic cotton with only 5% elastane (BPA/PVC-free) , and remains entirely GOTS certified. We use OEKO-TEX® certified, non-toxic, water-based fiber reactive dyes. Our Ball-Natural styles are undyed. (Exclusive of waistband elastic, decoration, and trims)

Where is the underwear manufactured?

Our underwear is manufactured in Turkey.

Does the underwear shrink in the wash?

Yes, cotton may shrink slightly when washed. If unsure on size selection, consider sizing up, especially if you have an athletic build.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We can't accept opened garments for return/exchange due to hygiene reasons. However, one exchange per customer is allowed for unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Shipping & handling costs are non-refundable.

We recommend you cold wash your gear and tumble dry on a low heat setting. There is a slight shrinkage tendency in cotton garments. While the shrinkage is usually minimal (5% or less), we recommend washing with cold water and tumble drying on a low heat setting to minimize any possible shrinkage.

Returns and exchanges must be unwashed, in acceptable form, and sent back within 30 days of opening. If you order multiple pairs, please only open one when trying on to confirm your size. We cannot accept washed or clearly worn garments.
